Notes:

Now, the reasons we chose a PC package over a mainframe package.

The cost is much less. We spent about $2,000 on the package that we use now, Mail Manager 2000. That includes quarterly updates for one year. And we feel that it is well worth what we paid for it. The mainframe packages that we have looked at, are a little more expensive - $15,000. The plus to using a mainframe package, is that it can run on top of SIS, and validate addresses as they are entered. But, the mainframe packages that run on top of SIS, require some maintenance. Modifications to SIS are necessary. There are no modifications to SIS, with the PC packages.

Discuss hardware.

Now I’m going to turn it over to Richard, and let him tell you a little about ACS.
