Student E-mail.

Each student is automatically authorized on the academic computer as soon as they are active in the current term. This process is part of the SIS maintenance cycle and deauthorizes student if they withdraw. This process adds an “E” type address in the ADFILE and shows on SIS screen 003. As a side benefit, the program also assigns and maintains the student’s voice mailbox.
