DESCRIPTION:
SCT's PLUS 2000 SIS provides a total integrated solution for student
information. A solution that supports marketing research and promotional
strategies, monitors admissions processing, manages financial
aid and coordinates the entire student records process. Integrated
features include Prospecting/ Recruiting, Admissions, Registration,
Course Catalog, Class Scheduling, Student Records, Faculty Management,
Student Billing/Receivables, Transfer Credit Articulation, Degree
Audit (On Course), Housing, Voice Response and Financial Aid Management.
SERVICE
OBJECTIVES SUPPORTED:
Student Records:
Keep accurate records of the students academic performance including
course selection, grade reports, transcripts, transfer credit
evaluation, classroom management and demographic - biographic
information.
Billing
and Receivables:
Keep accurate records of the students financial obligations to
the University. This includes calculating the student's tuition
and fees, billing, collecting and receipting for other obligations.
Ensure that all obligations to the university are cleared before
the student is allowed to register, receive grade reports, receive
transcript or graduate.
Admissions:
Record and track prospective students from the point they show
interest in TTU to the point they enroll. The module monitors
the completion of all requirements for admissions.
Financial
Aid Management:
This module manages the financial aid awards for the students.
Housing:
This module manages student housing information.
