This web site is for licensed users of SungardHE software. This repository is to facilitate the exchange of institution
developed enhancements for SungardHE’s software.
We feel that the schools in Tennessee can help each other by putting code and documentation into this library. Unix Shell Scripts, PL/SQL, C, Cobol, SQLPlus and any other code is accepted that relates to the Banner/Luminis products.
Some of these user's will develop this functionality themselves
by modifying or adding to SungardHE’s code. At some point there
may be another institution that needs the same functionality or utilities. This
repository provides that capability.
How It Works.
There are three functional aspects to this repository:
There are two components to the repository.
1. A database that stores information about the enhancement or utilty. The database provides thefacility to search instead of paging through a long list.
2. The repository that contains the enhancement or utility.
An institution that develps an enhancement and is willing to share it:
1. Enters information about the enhancement into the repository
database,
2. Up loads a zip module containing all the code and instructions
to implement the enhancement to the repository.
An institution looking of a possible source for an enhancement will;
1. Search the database for possible enhancement,
2. Download any enhancement zip files that look interesting.
The institution submitting an enhancement and the one downloading
the enhancement must be licensed users of the SungardHE product. This requires that the user register in the repository
before uploading or downloading enhancements.
